Getting Settled In:

AC: The heat pump/AC remote is stored in the shelves beside the desk in the lounge. There is a separate heat pump/AC unit that controls the upstairs level and the control is in the upstairs landing on the wall.

Kitchen: The manuals for the kitchen appliances are located in the desk below the lounge heat pump/AC unit.

Linens and Towels: Fresh linens and towels are provided for your comfort.

BBQ: The BBQ has plumbed in gas as to not run out. Utensils are provided in the kitchen for the BBQ chefs

Pool: The pool is heated to a target temperature of 27C. Please remove the pool cover when using and replace the cover when finished to ensure it stays warm and reduce any drowning risk for children. It is recommended an adult is present to monitor children at all times.

Security cameras: We have 4 security camera, primarily focused on all external doors. For your privacy we do not monitor any of the pool or deck areas.

Security alarm: Please close all doors when leaving, enter the code provided by your host and press ‘Away’. The alarm will beep for 60 seconds, during which you can open the front door, exit and close the door. When you return, open the door, enter your code and press ‘Standby’.

TV’s: All TV’s are smart TV’s with integrated apps, including YouTube, Netflix, TvOne and the Three apps. Please sign in with your own Youtube and Netflix accounts and sign out when you depart, or sign in for a free trial.

Gas: The hot water and cooking/BBQ is supplied using 2 gas bottles that are down the driveway. If you run out of gas, please switch the knob in middle of the 2 gas bottles to the other bottle and advise your host, so that we can order a replacement gas bottle.

Electricity backup: The house has 10Kwh of battery backup for essential loads, which includes all bathrooms, kitchen and lighting throughout the house.
